SCHUFA Holding AG

In 2000, the SCHUFA business was restructured to form SCHUFA Holding Aktiengesellschaft. The holdings of the eight regional SCHUFA companies were merged to form a single company. Today, SCHUFA’s shareholders include special credit institutions, savings banks, private banks, cooperative banks as well as trading companies and other service providers.

CS Connect GmbH & Co. KG
In February 2008 SCHUFA Holding AG and Coface Germany founded the Joint Venture CS Connect GmbH & Co. KG.
CS Connect operates the Company Database developed by SCHUFA BusinessLine. This database has been enlarged with data of Coface. The main focus of this cooperation is the development of information products of legal entities, which are provided to the holding companies. Coface Germany is using these products for the internal risk management. Sales is exclusively done by SCHUFA.
