From heating oil to aviation fuel, from 24-hour card billing at self-service petrol stations to scheduling systems for heating oil companies. Users of the software require precise information on their customers, both in the consumer and corporate customer sectors. It should be possible to query creditworthiness quickly, automatically and at any time with just one click directly from an application.
Xpoint decided to implement an interface to SCHUFA Holding AG, the leading solution provider of credit and information services for companies and consumers. The interface has been continuously developed by Xpoint, and credit reports can now also be retrieved fully automatically via the interface.
Real-time information on private and business customers facilitates risk management and enables immediate decisions to be made. Xpoint Software GmbH and SCHUFA have agreed on a long-term cooperation in order to strengthen the trusting and cooperative partnership in the interests of customers and to exploit synergies.
With the SCHUFA interface, Xpoint users receive clear-cut B2C and B2B information that can be queried automatically in real time directly from an application. This allows risks to be calculated precisely and opportunities to be exploited to the maximum.
