You can currently only set up MFA in the web application. Proceed as follows:
- Öffnen Sie nach der Anmeldung auf
- Klicken Sie unter "Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung" auf den Button "Jetzt aktivieren".
- Sie bekommen einen QR-Code angezeigt, den Sie mit Ihrer Authenticator-App einscannen können.
- Tragen Sie den 6-stelligen Einmal-Code aus der Authenticator-App in das Eingabefeld im SCHUFA-Account ein und klicken Sie auf "Code bestätigen".
- Ihr SCHUFA-Account ist nun zusätzlich mit MFA geschützt.
Don't have an Authenticator app yet? Then simply download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading, you will be guided step by step through the setup process. You connect the Authenticator app to your SCHUFA account by scanning or entering the code. The Authenticator app then creates time-limited one-time codes.
