Unfortunately, you cannot currently use your mySCHUFA.de login details to log in to your SCHUFA account.

The new SCHUFA account is not yet technically linked to your existing meineschufa.de account. This means that your previous login data from meineschufa.de (e.g. for your meineSCHUFA Plus subscription) does not yet work in the new web portal and in the SCHUFA app.

To view your data digitally and free of charge at any time, you must therefore create a new SCHUFA account, and we are already working on enabling a link between the two accounts in the future.
