In contrast to the data copy pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, which is sent by post, the data insight is accessible digitally and at any time after successful identification via the new SCHUFA account.

The new SCHUFA account therefore offers a good alternative to applying for a free SCHUFA data copy in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, but currently does not yet contain all the data that is included in the free data copy, such as specific scores that have been delivered to companies.
