The SCHUFA credit report provides you with conclusive information to build trust between you and your business partner (e.g. the landlord).

The SCHUFA credit report is made up as follows:

Certificate:

With the original certificate from SCHUFA Holding AG, you can document your financial reliability. The SCHUFA certificate is recognized by landlords and has multiple security features such as hologram strips and the SCHUFA seal. You only pass on information that is relevant to the conclusion of the contract.

Explanatory information:

These contain further information such as the current SCHUFA orientation value and SCHUFA sector scores, which provide a forecast of the probability that payment obligations will be met in the future. The explanatory information also contains an overview of your personal data stored by SCHUFA.

If we have negative data on file that has not been settled for more than one year and totals more than €400, the SCHUFA credit report certificate will state that there is information on non-contractual behavior or other information that may be relevant for a contract decision. Your privacy remains protected.

• Telephone: Simply call us on 0611 - 92780. You can reach us Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (except on national holidays).
• By post: The template you can use to order your SCHUFA credit report by post can be found here. However, you will receive your credit report more quickly if you order it online or by telephone.
