Each provider decides for themselves whether and under what conditions they want to conclude a transaction with you. And they often use their own data to do so. That's why we can't say which SCHUFA score will result in a transaction. And with which not. This is always decided by the provider. The SCHUFA score is merely a decision-making aid and is not the sole deciding factor as to whether and under what conditions a company concludes a contract with a customer.

In addition to SCHUFA information, a company's decision is based on other data that SCHUFA neither stores nor provides. When granting a bank loan, for example, this includes information on income, occupation or financial situation.

More and more companies are now using their own scoring systems. These systems can include information from SCHUFA or other external sources, as well as personal details provided by the customer themselves. Each company has an individual guideline that defines the conditions under which a contract is concluded.

SCHUFA contractual partners who wish to receive a score to assess their creditworthiness will always receive this in conjunction with a SCHUFA report. By passing on this information, we support decisions, but they are made by our contractual partners.
