Due to our special database with credit-relevant information, we do not use any data on your residential area for our scoring by default.

Only in a few exceptional cases - namely if we do not have any relevant information about the person in question - do we use address data at all.

If a person is not known to SCHUFA, the requesting company often considers granting a loan to be too risky. In this case, a risk assessment based on address data can help to ensure that the loan requested by the customer is offered by the company after all.

As part of the detection of conspicuous circumstances, address information can be used to calculate the value for the purpose of fraud prevention.
