Our data pool is the largest data pool in Germany for information relevant to creditworthiness. 68 million data records on natural persons form the basis of our work to support you in your business with private individuals.

However, the relevance of our solutions is not only based on our unique data quantity, but above all on our data quality. In our more than 90-year history, we have repeatedly adapted to changing market conditions, set trends and driven developments. But one thing has remained the same since our foundation in 1927: the quality of our data is based on the unique SCHUFA principle of reciprocity. The basic idea is as simple as it is ingenious: the information in our database comes from our more than 10,000 corporate customers from the entire spectrum of the economy as well as from public registers. We, and therefore our corporate customers, are immediately informed of changes and new information. The result: a data pool that is highly up-to-date and valid. So everyone benefits.

Whether in acquisition, application processing, existing customer management or in the event of debt collection - in order to exploit the full customer potential and assess risks, you need reliable information on your customers' creditworthiness, among other things. Here, and in other areas such as fraud prevention or identification and compliance checks, we support your risk management with comprehensive solutions and services.

With the SCHUFA credit report incl. follow-up notification, we effectively support you in your risk management throughout the entire customer life cycle.

Due to the principle of reciprocity, we offer you unique data quality. Thanks to many years of cooperation with our corporate clients, we have access to a wealth of information that cannot be researched in public directories. This puts you in a position to calculate risks precisely and exploit opportunities to the maximum.

Always up to date with SCHUFA updates.

Our SCHUFA follow-up report informs you about changes to the information you have already obtained. This means you automatically receive updated information on your customers and can react immediately to any changes in creditworthiness.

By providing information retrospectively, we ensure that information once provided about a customer is continuously updated for the duration of the business relationship. Subsequent notifications are based on notifications from other contractual partners and information from public directories or official announcements.

Some customers are well known to you, but you cannot know every customer personally. Scores provide information about the probability of a business transaction.

Make secure decisions through authentic data and reliable assessment of your borrowers' default risks. Our scores are based on mathematical-statistical analysis methods and predict default risks with a high degree of accuracy.

We offer scorecards for every phase of the customer lifecycle; from forecasting and default probabilities to consumer ratings. In combination with your individual experience, you gain a competitive advantage.

Updating customer addresses - fast and uncomplicated.

Your customers don't always let you know when their address has changed. The result: mail returns pile up and your address database is no longer up to date.

SCHUFA enters a large number of new addresses and address changes into its database every day - information that originates from the corporate customer network. By comparing undeliverable customer addresses with the current SCHUFA database, you can obtain the current addresses of your private customers.

For example, customer data can be updated before a mailing, thus avoiding unnecessary costs and time delays when sending important documents. And a corresponding request to the residents' registration office to determine the new address is necessary in considerably fewer cases than before.
