Real estate loans are a special form of credit. Statistics show that people with real estate loans or people who guarantee real estate loans are less likely to default. This is because, in addition to a particularly detailed creditworthiness check by the bank, the granting of real estate loans is usually linked to a stable financial situation. This is positive for the score.
If a person does not have a real estate loan, zero points are included in the score. Consumers receive 55 points as soon as they have a real estate loan or if they guarantee a real estate loan.
