Compensation
In addition to an attractive base salary, the majority of our employees also receive variable compensation based on performance goals and company success. Employees who do not participate in this program receive a 13th month’s salary. We grant you paid time off for special occasions such as weddings or the birth of a child. If you or your family has a special event coming up, we’ll support you—in the form of time off and/or a monetary gift.
