Getting to Know Each Other
If your profile matches the position, we'll invite you to an initial virtual interview via Microsoft Teams.
One-on-one conversation
In the next step, we'll get to know each other in person. This will give you a chance to get to know not only the team, but also your potential workplace and our company culture.
Our goal: We want you to know where you stand in the process at all times and to have plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
Immediately after submitting your application, you'll receive a confirmation of receipt. That way, you'll know right away that we've successfully received your documents.
We will then review your application together with the relevant department. Our goal is to get back to you as soon as possible. If the review process takes a little longer than expected, we will, of course, keep you updated.

Absolutely! A rejection doesn't mean you're not a good fit in principle. Often, small differences in the job requirements or timing are what determine who gets hired. That's why we'd be happy if you applied again for a suitable position at a later date.
