Both Operations & Service Management and Sales are based in Berlin and Munich. IT, Solutions, Sales and Operations & Service Management are based in Bochum. Our Hamburg office takes care of sales activities. In Hanover, one of the teams works in Operations & Service Management. Our Private Customer Service Center is based in Cologne.
