As a modern information service provider in Germany, it is important to us to enter into an open exchange with our stakeholders from business, society and politics and to create transparency in this way.

In order to take the interests of all stakeholder groups into account in our activities, we seek dialog at various levels:

  • We discuss current issues relating to corporate strategy and solutions with business customers and business associations as part of our customer advisory boards.
  • SCHUFA has set up an independent advisory board as a neutral body for exchanges with private customers and consumers: the SCHUFA Consumer Advisory Board , which is made up of academics, journalists, debt advisors and business representatives.
  • We regularly informshareholders and cooperation partners about our business development.
  • Internal exchange formats, employee surveys and our works council ensure dialog with our employees.
  • We are in constant contact with our suppliers and service providers in order to make our supply chain as sustainable as possible.
  • We are also in constant contact with politicians and authorities, such as members of parliament, their staff and representatives of EU, federal and state ministries.
  • Transparency and communication with the public are just as important to us as our commitment to society as part of local and nationwide initiatives.
