This includes the prohibition of child labor, the prohibition of forced labor and slavery, safeguarding occupational health and safety, including compliance with working hours, ensuring freedom of association, prohibition of discrimination, payment of fair wages, environmental protection, protection of life and health and protection of habitats.

As of January 1, 2024, we and our subsidiaries will be subject to the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, in addition to other legal requirements. This means that we identify risks in the above-mentioned areas both at our direct suppliers and in our own business operations and take targeted measures on this basis.

A Human Rights Officer has been appointed at SCHUFA who is responsible for reviewing, complying with and implementing human rights due diligence obligations. He reports directly to the Management Board and is supported by an interdisciplinary team.
