In addition to attractive basic remuneration, the majority of our employees also receive variable remuneration on the basis of target agreements and corporate success. Employees who do not participate in this receive a 13th month salary. We’ll give you special leave on special occasions such as weddings or births. If a special event is coming up for you or your family, we’ll support you – in the form of free time and/or a grant.
