SCHUFA was already fintech, before fintechs even existed. For over 95 years, we have been making financial wishes come true. We reduce the risk of a default for the providers of loans, goods and services, making more business possible at good conditions. At the same time, we focus our know-how so our customers can go shopping online quickly, securely and conveniently. In this way we support growth and prosperity in Germany.
Sounds good? It is! Do you want to make an important contribution to the economy? Do you like the idea of moving in an environment of demanding finance-related questions? Is networking your thing and are you open to new ideas? Then provide high levels of trust and good business relationships with us. Let us find the customer requirements of tomorrow together and develop concrete offers to do so.
Welcome to the SCHUFA team, where modern work and branch-leading specialist expertise are combined with fun.
What you can expect
- As a Software Engineer API you’ll be responsible for our interfaces and connectivity solutions. In the process you’ll constantly keep sight of the needs of our internal and external clients
- You’ll work on agilely-developed microservice solutions in a modern technology stack (e.g. Spring Batch/Boot, JSON, Docker, Openshift/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, AWS and many more)
- At the same time, your topics will be varied and exciting. With modern approaches and an efficient product pipeline you’ll implement and test new software features and components that are used by our national and international clients, for example, from the financial, retail or insurance branches
- Together with our sales and product experts you’ll develop and accompany new business and service ideas – from the requirements to the go-live – in cross-functional, agile teams
- You’ll be part of the bigger picture and will make an important contribution to the implementation of our visions of end-to-end responsibility and a DevOps mindset
- With a view of our big picture, you’ll get time to try out new things, get them going and report on them, so others can also benefit from your experiences
- The impetus you give will further develop our technologies and our philosophy of a contemporary working method in flat hierarchies
